Young Buck (born March 15, 1981) is an American rapper, entrepreneur, and actor who goes by the stage name David Darnell Brown. Buck is the CEO of Cashville Records and a member of the rap group G-UNIT.

In 1995, Young Buck signed his first major record deal with Ca$h Money Records. Buck departed Ca$h Money Records and joined UTP Records after numerous years of being on and off the label.

Young Buck departed UTP Records in 2003 to join G-UNIT Records and the G-UNIT rap group. G-UNIT released their major label debut album, “Beg for Mercy,” the same year.
