5 crab meat cans ( or fresh or packaged crab)
cream cheese, 4 ounces (softened)
Wrappers for 18 tons of won
1 teaspoon sauce de Worcester

Crab Rangoon: How to Make It

(d) If you’re frying with oil, keep it at 350 degrees; anything lower will make the crab rangoon oily, and anything higher will result in a fast burned crab rangoon.
